Start With What Your Congregation Actually Needs
Not every congregation needs an armed team. Some need better locks, trained greeters, and a clear plan for what happens when someone walks in during a service. A program that starts with firearms and works backward often solves the wrong problem. We start with your building, your services, your volunteers, and your comfort level, and recommend what will actually help.
Three Ways We Work With Congregations
Site Assessment
We walk your property and look at entry points, sight lines, arrival and dismissal, and where children are. You receive written recommendations ordered by cost and impact.
Security Team Training
For volunteers who have accepted responsibility for responding: communication, positioning, de-escalation, medical response, and firearm skills where appropriate.
Congregation Preparedness
Practical guidance for everyone else, including what to do, where to go, and how to help.
Pricing
| Security team group training, minimum 6 participants | $200 per person |
Site assessments and congregation sessions are quoted after an initial conversation.
Working With Congregations in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach
South Palm Beach County has hundreds of houses of worship, from large churches along Military Trail to small synagogues and temples in neighborhood plazas. Each has different needs. A large campus with a school has different priorities than a small congregation that meets once a week. We tailor recommendations to your building, your services, and your volunteers.
Training Volunteers Without an Audience
Security team training runs at our range rather than at your building, so volunteers can practice without congregants watching. Training covers communication, positioning during services, recognizing concerning behavior, de-escalation, and medical response, with firearm skills where your leadership has approved an armed role.
Common Questions
Do you work with all faiths?
Yes. We work with churches, synagogues, and temples of every denomination.
Will you recommend an armed team?
Only if it fits your situation. Many of the most effective improvements cost very little and involve no firearms at all.
