Training Without the Pressure
Plenty of women tell us the same thing: they want to learn, but they do not want to do it in a crowded bay next to strangers or under a partner’s running commentary. EmpowHER sessions are women only. Every student on the line is a woman, the pace is set by the group, and no question is too basic.
It is a common booking for mothers and daughters, groups of friends from Delray Beach and Boca Raton, and women living alone in Boynton Beach who want to feel confident with a firearm at home.
Pricing

Firearms, eye and ear protection, and targets are included. Range fees and ammunition are separate and are confirmed before you book.

Why Women-Only Training Works
Many women learn faster without an audience. In a women-only session there is no one to impress and no one talking over the instructor. Students ask more questions, try more things, and leave more confident. It is also a comfortable way for mothers and daughters, sisters, or friends from Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Boynton Beach to learn together.
Choosing a Handgun That Fits
A lot of women are steered toward the smallest gun on the counter. Small guns are often harder to shoot, recoil more, and have stiffer slides. EmpowHER sessions let you try different sizes and actions so you can make your own decision based on how a firearm actually fits your hand and how well you shoot it.

No. Most EmpowHER students are beginners.

Yes. Trying a few handguns before buying is one of the most useful things a new owner can do, and Mike will help you understand fit and function.

Sessions are taught by Mike Kneuer. Every student on the line is a woman, and the pace and tone are built around the group.
